Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager is responsible for prospecting for and negotiating with new landowner/s by networking, cold calling, advertising, roaming/scouting nationwide. Develop business proposals for new and existing clients. He/she is also tasked to build strong customer relationships to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.) Conduct thorough market research to identify and visit areas to secure new properties for the company to market.
2.) Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
3.) Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, meetings, and other outreach methods.
4.) Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
5.) Negotiate with prospective property owners about the advantages of the services being offered and follow up with them in order to secure properties.
6.) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure ongoing business and client satisfaction.
7.) Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
8.) Work closely with the Brokerage team to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth.
9.) Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company and identify new business opportunities.
10.) Develop a strong network of industry contacts and partners.
