In order to find a flat or a house you can prospect different way:
- Through real estate agents directly. In suburbs they are situated near the train station and in big cities they are everywhere. Just take a look at the area you want to live in and go to the closer agency.- Through newspapers. Each town/city has it's own and advertises on 1 or 2 specific days a week (Saturdays are popular).- Word of mouth and local bill-boards.
Most flats/houses are unfurnished. The minimum lease for a flat is 6 months and for a house it is 12 months.
