Hello,
I am working abroad for some months and I am looking for someone to rent my room from July till August 15th, 2008.
The room is part of a 3 rooms 92 m² big apartment in the heart of Brussels. You would share it with another person . Each of you has
one room while the third is for common use.
The advantage is that the other person won’t be present in July and August either. So, actually, you’d be alone.
The apartment is situated in the centre of Brussels, close to Place Saint Cathérine / Rue de Flandre.
You’ll find Metro (line 1A and 1B) and bus connections (line 88) in 2 minutes walking distance.
Within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance, you’ll have connections to the tram lines 4, 23, 32, 55, 56,
81 as well as to the bus lines 29, 38, 46, 47, 48, 63, 66, 71 and 95.
The size of the room to rent is 17 m². The shared room is 18 m² big. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (central heating, wooden floor).
The house has a nice and charming lift.
The kitchen is small, but well equipped (dish washer).
The bathroom has a bathtub. A washing machine is available.
Wireless Internet, a fixed phone connections and digital TV is available.
Every two weeks a cleaning lady comes to do her job.
I would rent the room for an all-in-price of 475 €/month (with a deposit of 500 €). Only phone
communications costs would need to be paid on top of it.
