Après 2 ans de colocation réussie, je souhaite remettre ça sur la table. Et donc, je cherche quelqu'un avec qui partager mon appartement, non fumeur si possible...
Je connais bien Paris, donc, je serai de bons conseils :)
Puis après, c'est difficile à dire, tout dépend le feeling avec la personne :p
Pour me décrire un peu, je suis un jeune homme d'une bonne humeur constante, arrangeant, respectueux et très sociable.
Je souhaite partager un appartement bien sympa dans un quartier qui l'est tout autant :)
Très proche de Paris et très bien desservi par les transports.

Il s'agit d'une colocation dans un appartement situé dans le 20ème, juste à côté des buttes chaumont. Le quartier est vraiment très sympa, vivant et dynamique.
Rue tranquille, au 6ème étage de l'immeuble, avec ascenseur et digicode.
La chambre est grande, meublée et bien éclairée.
L'appartement possède un salon aménagé (banquette, tv, connexion internet, chaîne hi-fi), une cuisine américaine équipée (frigo, machine à laver, four, four à micro-ondes, grille-pain...)Bref, je vais arrêter là ma description !!
La colocation se fait avec une charmante demoiselle, qui a sa propre chambre dans l'entrée de l'appartement. Elle est très agréable, et facile à vivre.
