    Website of the Swedish postal service:

    Postal Service Points for the general public can be found at grocery shops and petrol stations. Postal Service Centres for business clients are based in shops that are part of the Svensk Kassaservice chain.

    The logo of the Swedish postal service is a small yellow trumpet in a blue circle. Stamps can also be bought at the Pressbyrån kiosks and in tabacco shops. Don't be surprised if stamps don't have their value written on them, in Sweden stamps are normally valid for 20 grams of weight.

    Most post offices are closed on Sundays and close at 1pm on Saturdays.

    The Swedish postal service is very reliable but there is increasing competition from private companies, the main competitor being the Norwegian firm CityMail:
