I'm writing to express my excitement and interest in the position. I have worked in the culinary industry for over 9 years, with five years of experience as a Cook and over six years in a Chef/Manager as a professional with a passion for cooking and management, I'm excited at the prospect of an opportunity to expand my craft and learn international cuisines with a new team of cook/chefs.

 Ervaring :
In my current role as the Chef for Leopard Rock Family Rest, Sri Lanka. I perform various duties in the kitchen environment, including prepping food, enforcing food safety, creating menus, and completing over 30 regular dishes and specials during Breakfast Lunch dinner hours each night. I also use various skills, such as leadership, time management, problem-solving, and communication, to ensure the proper coordination and collaboration of chefs and servers to produce the best customer service and efficiency possible.
