Hello

Summer is reaching its end and the world is still deeply affected by the news about the pandemic. Orange, red, green, amber, amber plus... colours have be scrutinised by everyone going abroad. With many countries adopting a colour code for the classification of regions, and changing them as the situation evolve, it means that different rules could be applied abruptly for travellers moving from one country to another.

In addition, the health pass has become the must-have item to not only pass borders, but also be allowed to enter public venues, restaurants, theatres and even shopping centres in some countries. However, while authorities should recognise vaccinations administered in other countries, it seems that technical and political obstacles may prove to be massive stumbling blocks. We discuss that in our article: Controversial Covid Vaccine Passes.

With schools re-opening after the break, there is also the question of children's vaccination. Many countries, including Germany, France, Dubai, Bahrain... etc are now offering vaccination for children from 12 year-old. See our article: Covid vaccines for children.

Beside COVID, the news have been dramatically affected by flash flooding and wildfire threatening entire regions, a direct consequence of climate change. More details here: The effects of extreme weather in 2021. If you have been affected in the area where you live, we would like to know what happened and how you feel. Please comment in our forum.

We are also starting a series of articles on alternative way of moving nowadays. This month we discuss the rise of electric scooters in the world.
