For the move, it will be necessary to you to make detailed inventory of your goods and have a change of residence proof to allow transit through customs. To lower/avoid taxes, you must meet two conditions: place of residence abroad for more than 12 months and use of the possessions in a private capacity for at least 6 months before the transfer of place of residence.

If you are looking to import a motor vehicle, check with the Customs office to determine if you will have to pay taxes.
