    Advice: Mon-Fri. 9h00-18h00 and Sat 9:00 - 13:00

Electricity: 230 volts AC, 50Hz. Plugs are European style. Bulbs are with screw fixing.

Check the meter as soon as you move for water and electricity, preferably with the landlord and give the numbers to Mainova. Electricity and water meters are read once a year to evaluate your annual consummation. A bill will be sent to you every month and your actual consummation will be evaluated at the end of the year.

Closing your electricity and water contracts must be carried out in writing:

    - during a move, 2 weeks before the end of the month.
    - The contracts that you don't use anymore must be stopped at the latest when you leave the flat. Leave open your bank account in case you have to pay some remaining amounts.
    - Heating: during a move, 2 months before the end of the tenant contract.
