could someone please tell me if utility bills can be registered in a single name ror if it has to be joint name if the property has been purchased in joint names.

if jointly do both people have to be present to register or can one person do it with both OIBs?

In Trogir for example, does it have to be in person or can it be done over the phone or bby email?

    Thank you

    Hi Lana,
It's a bit tricky since most probably every city and even every utility provider has it's own rules. Best would be to call Trogir city authorities, and ask directly. Here in Zagreb, I personaly had no problems registering utilities on single name in such cases.

    Good luck.
