    I have a Tunisian friend, his brother has cancer . A fruit called Graviola could save him. Is what you could send it to us by post or someone he could take us back.

    Are you sure you can treat cancer with a fruit?
    Having some good connections in the oncology area I think you might have been mislead and should consult urgently some doctors with knowledge in the area.
