Obtaining a carte nationale in Morocco.

I would like to have some info on obtaining a carte nationale in Morocco.
I already have one in Belgium, because I'm a Belgian national with a Moroccan carte nationale.
But I'm planning to move to Morocco to start a bussiness.

Changing my address to Morocco, means I need also to change my carte nationale.

What paperwork do I need to get ready before I fly over there? I will be staying temporarly at my parents house in Morocco. So that wil be my address for the time being.
I sorted out the Belgian paperwork(social security, insurances, taxes,...) which is fairly easy done.
    Many thanks.

The best place for you to start is with the Expat Guide to Casablanca. The section on visas in Morocco outlines the process:

That should help you get started. Let us know if you have other questions, or if you find out new information. Best of luck!
