    Hi everyone,

I am new here. I am looking for friends in and around Marseille, Aix, and Aubagne. Let me know if you are around.

I am an ESL teacher, I teach both children and adults from the age of 5 and up.

Leave a message, as I would love to hear from you.

Hello sparklingenglish and congratulation for your lovely shoe ;-)

How is life in the South of France? Is there many expats? Enfglish speaking people? (I know you have a big English community in Grenoble or of course in the Gers and Dordogne for example, but I did not know about Marseille).

How is work? How did you find it?

    Hey Cyril,

How are you? Thanks for noticing the shoe :)

Anyways, sadly haven't really found English speaking community in the South of France. I am hoping it will catch up soon. So doing a lot of advertising and get my name know for classes and tutorials.

So, I notice you're living in the UK. How long have you been there? Miss that place a lot, but not the weather though ;)

And thanks for the reply x

    g.

    Hey,
I always say to visitors that it is much better with a profile photo. Just a shame that there is not much more :(
You posted a CV but have you thought about posting a classifieds for language swaps and lessons in France?

Hmmm more than 10 years in London :p and there si nothing to miss about the weather indeed: today it is miserable, grey and wet (as it was yesterday and over the weekend too  ).

    Many thanks Yam.
I moved your post in the English topic as it was more appropriate.
Maybe you can also help in giving more tips on the French system and becoming an expat in France (and Toulouse) in the different topic we have openned on this forum, such as Going Out and Meeting People, Shopping in France, The Best Areas to Live in France (Toulouse obviously, but where exactly ;-) ), Taxes in France, Job Search: Looking for work in France... etc.

    Bonsoir,

    Re: Friends from Lille

    Hello,

What are you doing in Lille ? Studying ? Working ?
How do you find the life other there? You must see a lot of English people as it is close to the Channel and easy to reach with the Eurostar...
