    My sister will have a wedding anniversary, and I would like to congratulate her. But the problem is that I am in another country now. I want to give her flowers and a something to remember. Because I have not yet come back soon.

    I haven't been in Azerbaijan for long time, so already forgotten half of service delivery that are there.

    May someone recommend a good service?

    Have you tried international services such as Interflora for flowers or packet delivery (thinking of Fedex or DHL for instance)?
