Hi, I'm moving to Ankara for work in January and will be bringing a laptop, smartphone and kindle. Will I have to pay import tax on these at the airport? They're all used items for my personal use.

    Many thanks

No, no import tax if they are personal use and already in use by yourself (if they are new, you might be requested to show invoices).

Have you got any troubles with smartphone?
As I know you should pay some tax for using your phone here in Turkey, around 120 TL.
Otherwise it won't work after 3-4 weeks of staying here.
