✎ EN I got refusal under 320(7A) 7 years back . can I re apply?

    Hi,

    I applied for a student VISA 7 years back & got refusal under para 320(7A). below I'm quoting from my refusal letter.


    I got an opportunity from my company to got training in UK now and want to apply for business visitor VISA.

    • Can I apply for Business Visitor VISA?
      They will be refusing me under 320(7a)?
      Is it mean that I got a 10 year ban?

    any help will be appreciated!

    Yes. You are subject to a mandatory 10 years ban from the date of your refusal.
    You could apply again in 3 years time, but if you do, expect your application and support documents to be scrutinised VERY closely. In fact, you could be refused again, merely on the basis that you have previously tried to obtain a visa by using false documents. Also, your company might be asked to produce evidence that training was not available in India.
