I am a woman married under the regime of the community reduced to acquests to a man who has a green card and files a tax return in the United States ... my question is: do I, as his wife, have the right to inspection of this declaration/tax return (in its entirety)? If so, what documents would I need to provide to you? I would also like to know if I am declared as his wife on this tax return.
