Tasks: Coordination of the communication between the Saeco team and the Chinese partner; Coordination of the Chinese staff training programme; Coordination of all the visits from Saeco Italy and from the customers Braun and Kraft (mainly for audit purposes); Organizational support for the Saeco China Resident Team (documents and family location assistance, support in daily life issues..); Various administration tasks (payments, money flow monitoring); Shipping and production monitoring; Official linguistic validation of all the technical documents (drawings and IQC, production, quality dpt documents) translated from Chinese to English and vice versa; Linguistic support in all the departments; Meeting reports management (Daily meeting, Quality audits, Purchasing issues, Conference calls minutes); Quality (finished product) support with specific assistance to the Braun inspectors on site (daily problem solving). Coordinator of all the procedures to set up the Saeco Representative office in Shenzhen (China).
 From January 2004 to April 2005: Africa, Middle East and Far East Export Area Manager for SAECO INTERNATIONAL GROUP S.P.A..(Gaggio Montano-Bologna). In charge of research and development of different markets with special attention to China. Frequent business trips for International fairs and Exhibitions, visit to customers with purpose of sales increase.General tasks: market analysis, budget; exclusivity contracts. In charge of the problem solving for SAECO INTERNATIONAL GROUP S.P.A.. in the Air conditioning department. Frequent trips to our partner in China.

| | Others: This year I came back from China where I worked for Saeco International Group SpA. In the last two years I worked as Project Coordinator e China Relation Manager at the Chinese supplier as link between the Company and the different suppliers on the Chinese territory.
My task was extremely flexible and included linguistic support, dealing with administrative issues and general operations. I also contributed in the opening of our Company Representative office.
Actually I am working for Paioli meccanica spa as a consultant helping them to improve their outsourcing web. I mainly manage Purchasing negotiations with Chinese and Indian suppliers. I often travel to China and India to verify sampling and mass production.
