Phone Installation in Latvia
The majority of buildings already have the necessary infrastructure for a phone line in place. Therefore all you have to do is select your favorite provider, contact them, and arrange a date for installation. In case there are problems with the infrastructure, the provider will offer to assist you further by offering suitable alternative solutions.

Public Phones in Riga
Over the last decade public phone booths have fallen out of favor thus with the introduction of the Euro in 2014 the decision was made to discontinue the public payphone service. Payphones still operate in the Riga airport, phone cards for using them are sold at the airport office on the ground floor.
