The Danes take their sports seriously. Copenhagen has thousands of sport clubs representing most kinds of sports. The city’s nearness to water has made Denmark a leader in sailing sports. Some of the key sports you can look forward to enjoying in Copenhagen are football, golf, windsurfing, rock climbing, swimming, badminton, tennis, squash to name just a few. And for those who prefer their workouts in a more routine fashion, there are a number of gyms that dot the entire city. For more on all the sporting opportunities available in and around Copenhagen, log onto:

For those who'd like to catch up with other foreigners living in Copenhagen, you can sign up with the Serate Italiane. Members meet up once in a while and is a great way to make new friends. http://www.serate-italiane.dk/
