A work contract must be signed between the employee and the employer at the
latest during the first days of work. A work terms and conditions agreement
must be given, showing the working hours, the notice period, redundancy motivations,
the duration of paid leave etc.
It is not legally laid down how many hours constitute full-time employment.
Then normal work week is 36 or 38 hours per week. If you work five days a week,
eight hours a day, so you work 40 hours a week. You can then take 2 or 4 hours
off due to the shorter working week. There are also a number of rules on minimum
wages and overtime payments.
