A number of ROCs also teach Dutch as a second language (NT2) at five different levels. This is part of the new compulsory integration programme; immigrants who apply for a Dutch passport need to pass a Dutch examination. Apart form the ROC, there are also a number of privation language schools that offer Dutch lessons. These are generally a much costlier option.
